Detection and Recognition of Brettanomyces spp. To the personnel of Bodega Piattelli Vineyards.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Goals:<\/p>\n

-Theoretical introduction to the membrane filtration method.
\n-Process samples using the membrane filtration technique.
\n-Detect the development of Brettanomyces spp. by using agarose culture media marketed by BIOVIN.
\n-Differentiate colonies of yeasts Brettanomyces spp., Which are not. Observe its macroscopic characteristics.
\n-Recognition of Brettanomyces spp. by direct observation to the optical microscope.
\n-Interpret the results obtained in the analysis through the preparation of a report.<\/p>\n
