Detection and Recognition of Brettanomyces spp. To the personnel of Bodega Piattelli Vineyards.
Goals:
-Theoretical introduction to the membrane filtration method.
-Process samples using the membrane filtration technique.
-Detect the development of Brettanomyces spp. by using agarose culture media marketed by BIOVIN.
-Differentiate colonies of yeasts Brettanomyces spp., Which are not. Observe its macroscopic characteristics.
-Recognition of Brettanomyces spp. by direct observation to the optical microscope.
-Interpret the results obtained in the analysis through the preparation of a report.
